Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped.
Returns (if applicable).
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Shipping charges will be billed to the customer no more than once (including returns); No restocking fee charged to consumers for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable).
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will email you an acknowledgement of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: support@rovad.store
